Too often, we come home are are crabby for no apparent reason.  We walk in the door and become overwhelmed with frustration.
Doing our daily chores is a nightmare.  There is no storage, nowhere to put towels and sheets or comforter sets.  The kids toys seem to be everywhere.  There is no dedicated play space.  
You don't have anywhere to work from home.  The kitchen table is full of paperwork and laptops. 

Is this your life?  If so, then it may be time for a home upgrade.  And I don't mean upgrading the home you currently live in.  I mean trading your current home for a new one.  A new home that will accommodate your lifestyle.  
It is rare that a first home or even a second home in some cases will grow with you forever.  

But many people don't realize it and when they are frustrated with life but not sure why, this is most likely the reason.  


When I meet with clients, I always want to know what has changed in your life since you last moved.  Then I ask all the things they hate about their current home.  Usually there is a correlation between the two.  If not 100% of the time, I can say 99% for sure.  


But the problem can be easily addressed with 3 simple steps.
1. Strategize what your needs are.
2. Brainstorm on where you want to be.  This is actually step 1 in my Luxury Home Buying Method.
3. Find the solution that will address all your problems and pull the trigger.

Sometimes, all we need is clarity.  A clear picture of our problem and a simple answer on how to solve it.  Home upgrading is not rocket science.  Trust me.  All it involves is knowing when it's time and then taking action.
